Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What if I didn't receive a confirmation email or stopped receiving the elerts?

Answer: If you have not received an email stating that you have signed up then you might have one of two issues. First you must add elert@rafpd.org to your address book or unblocked e-mail folder to insure that it is not forwarded to your spam folder. After adding your e-mail to your unblocked or to your address book please wait for the monthly test on the first Tuesday of the month. Secondly you might have typed your e-mail incorrectly.
